Report: Grandson of Malcolm X Arrested by FBI en Route to Iran
Iranian news outlet PressTV is reporting that the grandson of Malcolm X has been detained by the FBI en route to Iran. Malcolm Shabazz, an outspoken activist, was 
reportedly arrested on Monday while en route to Tehran for a Hollywoodism conference. According to sources, the FBI is refusing to provide any details as it relates to the reason for Shabazz’s arrest or his whereabouts.
PressTV provided additional detail on the conference Shabazz was scheduled to attend:
Tehran hosted the third Hollywoodism International Conference, on the sidelines of the 31st Fajr International Film Festival in the Iranian capital Tehran on Sunday.
Many filmmakers, directors, actors, and movie critics as well as politicians and economists took part in the conference.
Mike Gravel, a former US Senator who attended the conference, condemned Hollywood’s role in imposing imperialistic views on the people of the world.
“Hollywood is just a tool of the American government and European governments to pursue their imperialistic views whether it is in economy…culture…or religion,” Gravel stated.
During a previous interview with Iranian television, Malcolm Shabazz said slavery still exists in America. While speaking out about the murder of Trayvon Martin, Shabazz said, “There are hundreds of Black Americans who are being murdered in the United States every year with impunity. And police officers serve no time,” he said. “They always get off.”
Shabazz said that minorities would always be on the bottom in America and added, “We should take down the system completely, and set up a new system of our own, which is more just,” he said.

Mr. Wright; you did not use minority in the context of economic power in your initial remarks. You changed gears once Stephen Moore called you on the point of us being the majority of the planet earth. Be a man and stand by your word, don’t vascillate to prove your meaningless point. If you did mean we are the minority as far as economic power, then you should be in favor of us establishing a system that is fair, just with a independent economical base. Black Folks are under a system where we have only generated .5 of 1% of ownership in America. That kind of supports Mr. Shabazz’s assertions.We must use our expertise to build for ourselves, because the cheese has run out for us under this system.

Its the same story all over again as it relates to a young black man who speaks his mind. They are treating the grandson just as they did his grandfather many years ago. Before its all over they will accuse him of being a terrorist. The white establishment is always threaten by anyone who may break their imperialistic pattern. I wonder if this country will ever change its perspectives on the grassroots level. Even though we have a black president not much have change over all when it comes to culture and race relations. The young man probably has his grand father’s aspirations for change and just as Malcolm X his life will be made into havoc because of it.
We as people need to have one common goal remember the past , use it as education , not retaliation , I get more successful results when I eat properly pray , fast , work out , share my experiences through testimony , that allows reinforcement and gives me a better understanding of past and current events , hence taking a step back evaluating and approaching with a heathy mind set , angle , new, same debate different angle positive out come ninety percent of the time my fight is not what is going on but what isn’t happening lets not be the fool our thoughts must be more pure , respectful if I get locked up or killed what good am I to the child that has not yet been killed off …we go toe to toe of course I agree, at what point do we not punch ourselves in the face . I’d like to win so I say control and use technique I am not a follower , and as you can see I feel like a leader because of my thoughts ! I am tough , I love , I to defend , by any intellectual means necessary , being evil makes us weak people!!! SAREEM said so … Communicate as kings not fools etc…
This may be a repeat but worth thinking about it: “We, Black people, have to stop whining and try to find causes and solutions to high employment and violence in our Black communities. There are several factors. First we have to strive to graduate from high school. That means those without high school should try to get GED. I have met very bright Black boys and girls, but they lack GED. Employers as excuse first ask if you have 12 year degree. Second we have to stop hooliganism i.e. baggy pants showing underwear. No regular employer would hire somebody with baggy pants, a reflection of bad behavior – suspecting shop lifting and killing one another. We need more police officers. Please e-mail President Obama for more police officers now before he leaves office in 2016. After the recent 26 people gunned down at the school, Republicans now realize gun violence is not in Black neighborhoods problem alone but is in White and elite neighborhoods. Black churches have to be involved too. They can be guiding lights to reduce violence and reduce achievement gap. I will be writing a grant application to that effect. Third, we have to be committed to find employment. This is despite some of us have criminal records. There are jobs that do not inhibit you from employment despite our criminal records: highway construction, drywall painting, carpentry, brick layers, trucking, delivery jobs, assembly work, high rise construction etc. Use those muscles to get a job. Every time I drive around I see only Whites and Mexicans working in street repairs. Where are Blacks? They don’t have the skills! We should get training at 2 year colleges – six months graduation. President Obama has grants and loans for you. Now if we are denied jobs we have to find why. Sue the employers. However, we Blacks have to be careful with federal judges now – I mean federal republican appointed judges. Some federal judges are republicans and are now turning racists. They are upset President Obama was re-elected. These racist judges are avenging themselves by denying blacks justice. So even if you sue, these judges will protect employers. Please read discrimination opinions from 7th circuit. You will be amazed how republican judges rule. Just horrible. They usually side with employers, many times knowingly. We used to hear such judges’ behavior in federal courts in Texas. We never expected such behavior to happen in our backyard federal court of Western District of Wisconsin. One judge in federal court district conducted a Kangaroo hearing – denying a Black man right to ask his opponent questions. Some republican judges were raised to believe Blacks are intellectually inferior to Whites. We have to make sure we get justice in courts. Thank God we have Eric Holder as US AG. Also watch out our republican governors. For instance Walker of Wisconsin doesn’t want Blacks to sue employers. In fact the governor is trying to get rid of state department that investigates discrimination complaints. So in Wisconsin you can be denied a job and there is nowhere to turn to. You’re a slave in Wisconsin is you’re black. Thank God the Wisconsin court system is still works. What a break. Reminder – Please be careful who you have federal judges. If you have a case in federal court, investigate if the judge is a republican and fire him or her within 10 days of filing your case. I did once and therefore you can do so. “

We should be leary of any country like Iran that has done so much to oppress their own people, and even kill them in the streets. Iran is one of the most POLLUTED nations on Earth too…sometimes the smog there is so thick that they warn the people to “stay indoors.” While I understand the complaints about “white racism and injustices in the U.S.” — we cannot expect help from the corrupt and crazy Gov’t of Iran.

I have read and seen a lot about Iran. Their SMOG alone is enough to show that they are not at all progressive. I saw the way the murdered their own citizens after that election mess a few years ago.
And I don’t like THEOCRACY Governments at all. Nothing about that nation impresses me…nor do I see it as a place to “find freedom.” There are lots of other places that are much better than that one…and even the U.S.

If what is printed here is true, the FBI is violating Federal law and the Constitution. This kind of arrest was done to the terrorists at Guantanamo Bay: arrest, don’t say what the charge is and don’t say where the prisoner is being held. This is not supposed to happen in the U.S. This is all illegal. I hope some one is going to try to do something about this. Mr. Malcolm Shabazz, as an American citizen, is free under the Constitution to travel whereever he wants.
