Whoopi Goldberg Goes in on Ann Coulter: ‘Tell Me What You Know About Being Black?’
Ann Coulter is back doing what she does best; fabricating white victimhood tales that fit well within the right wing tin foil hat narrative. Coulter makes a 
living demonizing blacks and assuaging the egos of disaffected white people who listen to Rush Limbaugh all day and feel sorry for themselves. These are the folks who have begun to feel that their failures in life are the fault of the blacks and Mexicans who are ‘taking all the jobs’. They refuse to take responsibility for being too lazy or incompetent to compete in the 21st century economy, and instead, blame brown and black people for their personal failings.
And nobody plays to this demographic better than Ann Coulter, who on The View that the O.J. Simpson verdict ended the era of “white guilt” in America and was, therefore, “good for America.” As Coulter continued with her fictionalized account of history, Whoopi Goldberg exploded, saying “What are you talking about?”
“Oh you know what, hold up Ms. Coulter, please stop. Please stop,” Goldberg said. “If you are going to talk about race, at least, at least, know what you’re talking about.”
“What don’t I know?” Coulter asked.
“Well tell me what you know about being black,” Goldberg said. “Your facts are a little shaky. I mean, you’re saying that because liberals have abandoned black people now—what? I don’t get it. I don’t understand.”
“I don’t think liberals ever cared about black people,” Coulter said. “Five minutes after the Civil Rights Act of 1964, they start calling everything that has nothing to do with black people a civil rights issue: abortion on demand, homeless rights.”
It’s easy to understand Goldberg’s frustration, but she has to know that Coulter’s only on The View to 1) get a check by arguing with liberals, therefore ratcheting up conservative support for her book (because if liberals hate it, then conservatives love it.) and 2) try to divide and conquer the Democratic Party in the month before the election. When you get that Coulter’s just a $2 hustler, and not a serious thinker or person, it’s easier to just sit back, grin and bear it.

She lives in an fantasy world of her greatness. It not a subject worth going over, there ancestors came over here as criminals of the crown and did the same thing to other non/whites that they were put out of england for.

Whoopi is o.k-and most times when I watched she would get it right. However, I stopped watching the View because it’s hard to take anything seriously that books the Kardashians over and over again. Now with Ann Coulter being a guest I know I made a sound decision.
The book is about how we have been con ed by the Democratic party. Coulter simple states that the
civil rights bill was pass by Republicans, and we think it was the Democratic’s who passed the bill.
She also said it was the Democratic party that had so many KKK members in it, Sen. Robert Byrd was the last known member, I suspect they have just learn not to flaunt it!
Now Whoopi, (her mom didn’t name her that)
Who is she to talk about the black experience? She has been married 3 times to 3 different white men.

The very reason so many blacks are like lemmings, they don’t compare statements they hear to facts, they just go along with what they hear. That’s why politicians, including President Obama does not have to do anything for your vote.
All they have to do is say the other guy is going to take this or that away and their you go, making hateful and even racist statements with out any facts.
When it all hits the fan because of policy decisions made by the President and the Congress and you start having regrets just remember, Whoopi said it so it must be true!
She only dates white men she has stated “a black person can’t do anything for me.”
What does Whoopi’s dating/marrying white men have to do with Ann Coulter’s ridiculous positions? Absolutely nothing! Who cares who she, Sarah Palin or Ann Coulter dates, dated or married.
The Republican party of today is not the same as those who voted for the Civil Rights Act. Today’s congressional and senate republicans would gladly take the US back to the 1950′s. And they’re working on just that with their suppress the minority vote efforts.
Barack Obama is not the first black man to run for president, so I don’t understand why some continue to insinuate that blacks voted for him for that fact alone. Could it be that many of us listened to his platform and, like the millions of whites who voted for him, simply agreed with that platform? And if some did vote for him because of his race, so what? I’m willing to bet there were those who didn’t vote for him for the same reason.
P.S. Just because you put that phrase you attribute to Whoopi Goldberg in quotes doesn’t make it true.

Considering that Whoopi is about one of the whitest persons of color in this country, it would be asinine to accept her perspective over Coulter’s. Granted, I don’t believe that Coulter knows much about the Black experience either, however I do believe that the point she makes about the Democratic party as of recent does hold some weight. This is not to say that I believe that Coulter is conscious of the African American experience within this country, but her point is fairly valid especially considering the persistence of mass incarceration, unemployment issues, and educational imbalance just to name a few.
Last week in Wisconsin a white male was awarded $1mi for being decimated against by his supervisor – a black administrator. All this time I thought Ann Coulter was smart – now she has forced me to believe she is dumb and brainwashed. Civil Rights were enacted for everybody: Blacks, Whites, Latinos, Asians, gays, women and men. I am wondering if she has not had abortion – I guess she has. Let somebody rape her and get pregnant. Would she carry the baby out of rape? I doubt. Let her be fired from her job as she now looks old – I don’t think she will sit and it’s say okay. I am sure Ann will rush to her lawyer to sue. The following women have similar poisoned minds: Crowley, Michele Malkin, Megan Kelly; Michele Bachman; Laura Ingraham, the two lawyers on Factor show. Sarah Palin is slowly changing her position after finding GOP and TEA Party white males treating her trashy. FoxNews fired her because she looks old now. She whined. Ann is a lost sheep. She needs counseling to find herself a woman and that GOP and right wing treat her as token. Ann must know people of all color benefited from Civil Rights Acts.

her black friend) guess what Elizebeth uttered, “I think I am
going to stay out of this one” WTF…this verilant racist is insulting
