President Obama Says He’s “Not Sure” if Nicki Minaj Endorsed Mitt Romney
If you still believe that the press in this country is trying to get at the tough questions, then believe no more. With all of the issues pressing middle class
and poor families, Power 95.3 in Orlando dropped the ball in a major way by asking President Obama whether he believed Nicki Minaj had endorsed Mitt Romney.
In case you’re a serious person who only follows news that actually matters, here’s what happened: In a mix-tape lyric, the pink haired pop rapper, Nicki Minaj, said “I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney / You lazy b*****s is f*****g up the economy / Out in Miami I be chilling with a zombie.”
Part of Minaj’s stagecraft is that she has an alter-ego named “Roman Zolanski,” so you can never be sure who said what. That keeps her interesting, supposedly. And that’s also why President Obama said he’s not sure what Minaj intended when she spouted that verse.
President Obama told Power 95.3: “I’m not sure that’s actually what happened. I think she had a song on there, a little rap that said that.”
“But, she likes to play different characters. So I don’t know what’s going on there,” the president concluded.
Is it more disturbing that anyone cares what Minaj thinks about politics or that President Obama actually knows that Minaj plays different characters? Or is it most disturbing that Power 95.3 actually wasted their time with President Obama by asking him about Nicki Minaj? There’s just so much to be disappointed about here that we don’t really know where to begin.

First of all NM has a right to vote for whatever party she wants just like the rest of us. It may not be cool to some of us but so what. I disagree with her derrogatory lyrics in that song but the fact that Obama knows about it or any other song of her pretty much means as a parent he is aware of what his kids may or may not bbe listening to. More parents should be aware of what their kids are listening to.
Right on, rav. Too many parents park their kids in front of the TV, and that’s when the disconnect begins.
yes, she has the right to vote for whatever party she wants and we have the right to buy music from whoever we want. i for one will never buy her music..boycott this irresponsible hoochie. republicans are trying to take women back to the 50′s and she call women lazy b’s. wow..the things people will say/do for money!
