Former Voice of Monday Night Football Says He Hates Obama
Fans of football will remember that Hank Williams Jr. was the voice of ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” until he was fired for comparing President Obama to Hitler. So it
should certainly come as no surprise that Hank Williams Jr. is now admitting what we knew all along, that he hates President Obama.
At a concert in Texas on Sunday, the hee-haw redneck said, ”We’ve got a Muslim for a President who hates cowboys, hates cowgirls, hates fishing, hates farming, loves gays, and we hate him.”
Funny enough, President Obama is not a Muslim, and all right wingers should know that considering how hard they railed against Obama for attending Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s church. But, for right wingers like Williams, Obama is whatever they need him to be in order to hate him.
Those who remember Williams’ firing from ESPN in 2011 will also remember his confusion as it relates to the Constitution.
“After reading hundreds of e-mails, I have made MY decision,” Williams wrote. “By pulling my opening Oct 3rd, You (ESPN) stepped on the Toes of The First Amendment Freedom of Speech, so therefore Me, My Song, and All My Rowdy Friends are OUT OF HERE. It’s been a great run.”
Williams obviously didn’t understand that the First Amendment does not protect his right to make inflammatory comments, and still keep his job. But many on the right who proclaim to protect the Constitution have never read it, and don’t really understand it.
Hank Williams Jr., like many on the right, hates Obama. The only difference here is that most on the right usually conceal their hate in feigned patriotism. At least Williams is honest.

There should be a new term called the ignorance bubble. This should apply to the people who have evidence to the contrary available to them but choose not to educate themselves because that would mean either alienating themselves from their peers or force them to live in reality.
I have no problem with anyone hates my President if their hate is based on truth and not supposition. The bible teaches to love ye one another as I have loved you… these are Jesus’ words … hate is a very strong word. From reading these Newsletters & watching a few of their videos I have to agree with you on this!!!
I’ve never understood using the word hate to describe someone you don’t know and have never even met. What’s wrong with saying I disagree with his policies? I don’t believe President Obama has ever said one word about cowboys or cowgirls, and with respect to one issue that is near and dear to cowboys, gun control, President Obama’s administration has not made it a top priority. I’m not sure where that’s coming from. President Obama has expressed publicly his support for gay marriage and repealed Don’t Ask Don’t Tell so I get where that’s coming from, but Williams is expressing hatred towards gays, Obama is not expressing hatred towards conservatives. As far as President Obama hating farmers, farmers, including corporate farmers, enjoy generous subsidies from the federal government and President Obama has proposed nothing to change that. No idea where that comment from Williams comes from either. I also don’t get the fishing comment. There are no policy proposals related to fishing outside of increased environmental protection that would actually protect the rivers and bodies of water, as well as ensuring BP cleaned up the gulf coast and made amends to the fishermen who lost big money on that oil spill. Conservatives wanted to throw fishermen under the bus in favor of big oil. Mr. Williams, with all due respect, the reasons you cite for hating President Obama make no sense as they do not reflect the President’s policies in the slightest, with the exception of the President’s support for gay issues.
There really is nothing to understand… Guys like him just have this load of hatred and they need to channel it..
If you have ever felt pure hatred? it makes you feel stronger when you fully embrace, but it is actually draining you of your energy.

I agree, who gives a shyte; he’s just another idiot just like chuck norris and ted nugent trying to appeal to their fan base so the money keeps rolling in from the haters who are fearful of being relegated to being the real minorities as the people of color increase in population.
