Chair of Alabama GOP Endorses Film Claiming Obama’s Mother Posed in Adult Magazines
A shocking set of images and allegations have been thrust onto President Obama, issuing the low blow of going after his mother, Ann Dunham. These allegations claim that the president’s mother once posed in bondage gear for adult magazines.
The claims are made in a new DVD called “Dreams From My Real Father.” The video was made by a right winger who has long criticized the president. The DVD includes pictures of a woman that the man claims is the president’s mother, showing her in less-than-motherly poses.
The reason that the title of the film addresses the president’s alleged “real father” is because it claims that the president’s real dad is left wing poet and Communist party activist Frank Marshall Davis. He says that Dunham’s marriage was just a cover-up.
Surprisingly enough, copies of the DVD have been sent out to a million swing voters in the state of Ohio. Another 100,000 copies have been sent to Nevada and another 100,000 sent to New Hampshire. The producers also claim that another three million copies are going to be produced. This presents the project as a well-funded initiative that appears to have the confidence and support of wealthy supporters of the Republican Party.
The film isn’t just something that has gotten backing from fringe elements. Bill Armistead, the chairman of the Alabama Republican Party has said that, “That (the film) is absolutely frightening. I’ve seen it. I verified that it is factual, all of it. People can determine.”
Democratic consultant Steve Murphy had this to say: “There are two motives behind this – racism and money. It’s a cynical attempt to make some coin and exploit the views of the fringes of mainstream views.”
Joel Gilbert, the filmmaker, defends his work: “Her teeth matched, her nose matched, everything matched. It’s obvious. People don’t want to hear this because there is a mass hysteria around President Obama. Nobody wants to hear about the gap between what he says and what he wants to do.”
Gilbert won’t reveal the source of his funding for the project.

I am continuely perplexed that the right wing always accuses President Obama of not being a Christian. However, their behavior and his Christ-Like attitude to always turn the other cheek just proves and justifies what the bible states. “You know them by the fruit they bear.” Hypocrites!!!

So, don’t go making an issue over Romney’s grandfather (and for what it’s worth, it was Mitt’s GREAT-grandfather who was the polygamist, not his grandfather), when Obama’s family tree is nastier than Romney’s.

Gaskill was Mitt’s grandfather. Even you say that. And you also say Gaskill was NOT a polygamist, which is what I said, too. It was the GREAT-grandfather that was the polygamist.
Now, the point of my post prior was to point out the slippery slope of using a man’s ancestors as a tool to judge the person in question. Obama’s family tree is more screwed up than Romney’s, and any label you wish to put on Romney you must likewise put on Obama, and then double down on it since Obama’s own father was a polygamist, and Obama himself claims he was influenced by his father.
Don’t confuse the “right wing” and Christians. Yes, most Bible believing Christians in this nation are “right wing.” That said, there are tons of right wingers that are non-Christian, or only Christian in the most marginal of ways (i.e., they will say they are Christian if you ask what religion they are, yet they have no real day-to-day involvement with or incorporation of Christianity in their lives — it’s mostly a Christmas, Easter, weddings, and funerals sort of “Christianity”).
If you had gone to the Republican convention, you would have seen drnking party after drinking party before and after each convention session — and I mean drinking parties, not merely a party where a few people had a drink; there were old people sucking down coctail after cocktail, and middle-aged people playing quarters into the wee hours of the morning. And the 20-somethings — they had parties that would put most frats to shame. No, not everyone was drinking, but there was not one single party/reception that there wasn’t an open bar, and plenty of people happy to embibe. My point being that a LOT of Republicans don’t take their Christianity too very seriously.
Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, I must say the Republicans are more “Christian” than the democrats were — at least the Republicans didn’t boo God when the Mayor of Las Angeles faked a “yes” vote to put God back in the democrat platform (the democrat convention had, the day before, voted to remove God).
Now, to be fair, we are all hypocrites in one fashion or another. How many black folks protest about white folks being racists and/or discriminiating against black people for no reason other than skin color? Yet, when the talbes are turned, it seems that a lot of black folks are happy to discrminate against white people for no other reason than skin color. In 2008, how many black people showed up to vote for the first time in their lives for no other reason than there was a black man to vote for. How many black people really believe Barack Obama has done a good job? How many black people believe Obama has not done a good job, yet they are voting for him JUST BECAUSE HE HAS SKIN THAT IS HALF BLACK? How many black people recognize that welfare dependence is virtual slavery, and that Obama has put several million more black people on food stamps, but they will vote for the black man anyway? How many black people belive “gay” marriage is an obamination, yet they are voting for Barack, for no other reason that he is half-black? Now those are a bunch of hypocrites if there ever were hypocrites.
As for Obama being, or not being, a Christian. The only thing that I can see that he does that is “Christian” is that he appears to be faithful to his wife and he appears to be a good father to his daughters. Three cheers for that. Beyond that, the man is a liar, a lover of a false religion, hangs with terrorists, and is an unconvicted criminal.
He lied when he PROMISED us that we would ahve at least 2 days to read every bill before it was voted on by Congress — Obamacare was passed with virtualy nobody but Obama and a handful of democrat congressmen reading it (as Nancy Pelosi famously said, “you have to pass it to find out what’s in it”). He has openly praised the false religion of islam (it is actually a political ideology), Obama has openly supported the most radical of ilsamic groups, such as the muslim brotherhood who overthrew Lybia and Egypt, while openly attacking Catholics here in the USA. He has long been friends with Bernadine Dorn and Bill Ayers, people that bombed numerous police stations and the Pentagon. Obama has committed numerous constitutional crimes, including a cover-up of both “Fast and Furious” and treason in covering up both the threat an later the killing of our Abmassador to Lybia less than three weeks ago (and countless refusals to enforce the law — from illigal aliens to the Defence of Marriage Act). For you ignorant bafoons out there, Obama was told at least 2 days before the Embassy in Lybia was attack that it was coming (on 9-11 no doubt), and he just went to play golf — Obama could send in US fighter jets to help the muslim brotherhood win control of Lybia, but didn’t send in the same plane to stop thwart terrorist attack that killed our own citizens. As for the movie, I haven’t seen it, nor had I even heard of it until this kulturekritic.com posting. Curiously, nobody out there is claiming that his mother did NOT pose for the pictures. While I have no idea as to whether she did or not, it would be consistent with her less than moral and “do whatever is forbidden” lifestyle. I say less than moral, as Baracks father (make that sperm donor) was married to another woman, who herself had a child on the way at the time Barach was conceived. I say do whatever is forbidden because, in 1960, a white girl having s*x with a black man was still VERY taboo. So, posing in a nudie rag isn’t all that far fetched of a claim when made about a woman with an established reputation for “bad” behavior. I guess we will all know the truth, one way or the other, in the next few days as the media and fact-checkers start digging into it.

If you haven’t noticed, democrats have opposed Republican presidents/candidates for 150 years, too. In fact, they shot the first Republican president for doing the unthinkable — issuing an executive order, then later pushing through laws (and a constitutional amendment), to free the slaves.
Now, let’s look at racial behavior of whites and blacks as it pertains to voting. When Bush was in office, 10% of black voted for him, the Republican, both times. But when a black candidate ran for president, only 5% voted Republican. Whites, on the other hand, voted 42% for Kerry (2004) and Gore (2000), and voted 43% for Obama in 2008. So more white people voted for the black democrat than voted for the white democrats that came before Obama, hardly a picture of racist behavior. But HALF the blacks who normally vote Republican switched their vote when a black man was the democrat candidate — clearly illustrating a race-based voting behavior.
It was democrats who owned slaves; it was the democrats who started the KKK; and it was democrats who came up with all the Jim Crow laws. It was the democrats who came up with federal welfare programs (and that wonderful government housing). And you call Republicans racists? Give me a break.

He did return to Kenya, and was part of the elite class in that nation. Prior to the accident in which he was himself killed, he was in auto accident where he was drunk as a skunk and killed the other driver. The kind of company you keep reveals who you are. And this goes for the filmmaker as well as the Chair of Alabama GOP who endorses the film. Is the Republican Party exempt, even the ‘moderates’? They have kept silent, not only on this silly film but also on many other despicable utterances and desperate claims. In fact when it suits them, and when they think they are ‘safe,’ they have often echoed such stupidities. It only reveals they are aware of their unpopularity, and that they will lose the election, massively, so they are willing to stoop to the lowest levels. They seem to have forgotten that this election is not a competition for the biggest liar, but about solving problems and moving America forward.
Barack Obama is different from many Americans. He is what the 18th century lawyer and orator Rufus Choate called, “A member of the schools of eloquence.” President Obama embodies and utters a national consciousness, not merely his individual genius and character. As odd and noble as it is, President Obama believes n America and the rightness of the American people. The caveat is that Americans are unaccustomed to thinking that is untethered by the spectrum of race.
