Several Inmates Shot and Stabbed at California Prison Riot
One inmate was shot and another 10 others were seriously wounded during a prison riot that took place in the Sacramento State prison in Folsom, California. The riot started this morning, about 11 am. An incident took place, which led to the guards shooting one of the inmates with a rifle and wounding him, according to officials.
A spokesman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said that the riot is now “under control.” They also have no idea what started the riot. They weren’t giving much additional information about what happened. They did say that no staff were injured, although the families of inmates are concerned because several inmates were shot and some were stabbed.
The prison has 2,500 inmates, with most of them being maximum-security with long prison sentences.

In The Name Of Allah The Beneficent The Merciful I bear Witness That There Is No God But Allah And That Muhammad is His Messenger. What i would like to ask is why is the prison allowed to withold information about what an how the riot got started. There are only a few select reasons as to what could have got it started. My next question is who got shot? A Black Man or Mexican. For some reason the white boys seem to get a pass when it comes to staff blastin at inmates. Im just sayin it is only a matter of time before this whole thing Blow! An when it do you Better know Who’s side you on……
I agree Ali. Asalam wa laikum.
Thanks to the one true God who’s son Jesus gave his life so I might live, who performed wonder upon wonder not to prove who he was, but to show his love for his fellow man.
He gave me wisdom, enough to understand without all of the facts one can only make assumptions. Those same assumptions lead to assertions and not actuality and which can also leads to lies and pain.
