You Can’t Make This Stuff Up: Ariz GOP Gov. Jan Brewer Endorses President Obama [Video]
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer has been at odds with President Obama for quite some time, and the tension between them reached a fevered pitch when Gov.
Brewer disrespected President Obama, going so far as to wag her finger in his face, during Obama’s visit to Arizona. So although there doesn’t seem to be any love lost between Brewer and Obama, you wouldn’t have known it by the glowing endorsement she gave him during an interview at the RNC convention.
During the interview, Brewer said, “I know that if President Obama is elected in November, and I hope that he is, that he will be able to come together with all of us and come up with a solution. And I believe he will secure our borders and therefore, we can resolve all those issues in a simple manner.”
In short, Republican Gov. Brewer is looking forward to working with President Obama when he is reelected in November. That must come as a shock to Mitt Romney.
The Governor’s office later released a statement to clear things up.
“Governor Brewer misspoke, obviously, and certainly isn’t the first official to have done so amid the noise and chaos of a crowded convention hall or rally. It happens – even to newscasters and TV pros. Regardless, given the Governor’s record of challenging President Obama, it’s a stretch to think anyone would believe she’s supporting his re-election. The Governor stands with Mitt Romney.”
Want to know what’s not a stretch? Understanding the words coming out of Gov. Brewer’s mouth. She clearly endorsed Obama, with absolutely no mention of Romney.

I’m sure she’s not the only one on the other team who secretly wish this to be so…
Agreed. I believe there are moderate republicans politicians, especially those who were kicked out of office by the tea party for “not being conervative enough,” who will secretly vote for preseident obama at the voting booths, as a way of getting back at the tea party and today’s republican party. Not to mention the loads of republican voters (non politicans), who will secretly vote for the president. Remember, there were many republicans who voted for the president in 2008.
Her job is on the line, if she gets too close to Romney it will be curtains for her,she is just trying to hold on with her disrespectful self. Democrats 2012 in AZ.
The Inca and the Aztec are taking over just like they said they would. All governors along the border need support from Washington. The only nations not at risk are those that are currently being held in reserve. Check the Native American press and Newspapers to get a better view of this situation. A large portion of the black community are Native American.
What?!!!!!
This racist scumball knows she NEEDS O’Drama to get that money for her state! They are getting ready to build a rail system around the globe, and Utah will be a prime location. Therefore, what she did was nothing, but a SHAM because she know’s without O’Drama’s support her state will be left in the gutter.
this just shows you she’s a nut case lmao
@Derrick I believe you would disrespect the Devil.
Woman talk with their hands and fingers. They do not mean to do this out of disrespect.
