Perhaps the Chinese will purchase Penn State. Penn State should sue NCAA. It sounds like the Central Banks are in control of the NCAA. There are ulterior motives to this move. The NCAA should be investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Who's pockets are being lined by this fine? The Justice Department should launch an investigation into how pervasive child molestation is in the realm controlled by the NCAA. This move sounds like they are covering something up of greater proportions. Levying a fine does not make this issue go away nor is it an effective administration of justice. The Pennsylvania State Attorney General should be stepping in and launch an injunction against the NCAA for this knee jerk move. William Penn is turning over in his grave. This whole process should be handed to The Supreme Court. The NCAA is now becoming an institutionalized financial and educational molester of many children.

Who will benefit from the $60 million fine? Exactly where does that money go? I think the former Penn State President, the estate of Perterno and other individuals should be sued and criminally prosecuted for conspiring to rape the boys. I also think Penn State should be sued and given an opportunity to financially settle with victims over incidents that happened because of what Penn State employees did and didn't do that harmed the boys. What is not fair is to cripple the school for years to come because of what a few did that worked in the football program. Why take away football wins that occured before Sandusky worked for Penn State? If Penn State fired everyone responsible for what happened, why should the school not be allowed to participate in future bowl games for years to come? Penn State receives money from Pennsylvania taxpayers to help it operate. Taxpayers give that money as an investment because what Penn State does creates opportunities for others and it what Penn State does helps generate money for the Commonwealth of Pa. If the school is going to be crippled finaniallly for years to come then let Penn State die, and reorganize under a different name. The death of Penn State will cause Peternos legacy to die along with the school, and make way for a more ethical university to emerge.
