Chicago: Men Jump Out of Limo and Start Beating Pedestrians
Police say four men jumped out of a white stretch limousine around 2AM Sunday and began beating passersby while others videotaped the attack. The 
incident occurred about a block away from Wrigley Field in Chicago.
Three men, ages 22, 27 and 27, were injured, police said. One of the 27-year-old victims was treated for a broken jaw at Illinois Masonic Hospital.
According to NBC Chicago:
Four men were arrested and charged. Corry Simmons, 32, of the 1800 Block of South Ridgeway was charged with breaking a man’s jaw. Donald Robinson, Jr., 31, of the 1800 Block of South Ridgeway; Alvin Goffin, 32, of the 3600 Block of South Rhodes Avenue; and Edward Robinson, 31, of the 1800 Block of South Springfield Avenue were all charged with felony mob action.
The men will appear in court today (Monday).

This story is not accurate. The four men above were shooting a music video. Some guys walked up making derogatory statements to Corry Simmons and words were exchanged and a brawl followed. No one finds it strange that a group of people would get a limo with the intent of starting a fight. This appears to be “gang initiation acts”. But these are older men behaving this way?
Some of us have LOST are F***king mind. This is so sad to hear.
They need to receive at least 50 years in prison, so when they get released, they’ll be too old to be a threat to society. These are some of the filthy animals, that are destroying our Black community, and robbing, assaulting, and raping us.

Thanks for the information. I found it strange how 4 men would suddenly jump out of a limo and start beating the s**t out of pedestrians on the street. But hey the story told to the press helps feed into the stereotype of black men being savages and so forth. This happened to me over the weekend when a cousin of mine was shot in the back by some grown men who were arguing nearby on the street. The media reported the incident as a “drive by, gang related shooting.” My cousin is 15, good student, and has no association to any gangs whatsoever! He was just a kid getting into a car when some jackasses got into an argument across the street and began shooting. That’s the media for you.
Renee I am sorry for your lost and understand your anger but you say your sick of the way the media portrays black men as savages but the fool that shot your cousin in my opinion is a savage!!! I lost a 15 year old nephew who was a good kid as well to a savage who will never see the day of light again. Does that make the family feel better…h**l NO! All black people are not nice and we need to stop supporting a*s’s like that when they do stupid things and hurt inocent people.

it seems as though everyone that do something stupid I think they are on drugs or something. Did not your mother raise you right, don’t you know right from wrong? what is wrong with you? where are your brains? are you using your mind? what are you going to do to leave a mark on the planet so generations from now will know what you did. Go study, go get a degree or two, go to the library, stay focus how you want your life. Geee
