Watch as Police Taser a Mentally Troubled Woman Who Was Already in Handcuffs

The police are sworn to protect and serve, but that’s rarely how it goes down. Take, for example, the case of a “mentally troubled” 34-year-old woman who was tasered by Chariton, Iowa, police because they, ironically,  *feared* she was the victim of domestic abuse.

The police didn’t serve the woman at all. In fact, they handcuffed her and then zapped her. According to WHO TV:

A mentally troubled woman, tased by a Chariton police officer even after she was hogtied in the back of his police cruiser, is speaking out.

It’s a video the Chariton Police Department does not want you to see.  It shows Sergeant Tyler Ruble tasing 34-year old Amy Storm after Storm was stopped two years ago because Ruble was investigating whether she was the victim of domestic abuse.

The video shows officers cuffing her hands and feet, and hog-tying her…then tasing her while she was in the back seat of the police cruiser.

Cops are a******s plain and simple! To taser a mentally ill woman after hog tying her is beyond crazy to me! Those cops need to be sued and fired!

There are some officers that are not qualified being officers. Example: If one or one of their buddies gets angry with you, you can be sure that you will be paid back. It really does not make sense but it is so true. There are also officers that do not know how to deal with the mentally ill. These are people we arepaying our tax dollars to.

Any officer who does things of this nature, are incapable of being moral in any manner. It is beyond me, why their superiors excuse this excuse this type of behavior. If someone does not do something about the behavior of the police, in which they are abusive to the public, over using and misusing the authority given to them, there will end up being a repeat of Egypt here in the United States. To be honest, the police have too much authority and they have become a danger to the public and an ineffective and expensive malfunctioning portion of society, that we can all do without. They are the equivalent of a gang. They have become, what one would call, legal streets hooligans, or legal street thugs and murderers.

In many cities across the country the police are not properly trained. They need psychological screening, too, which they don’t often get. We must call them as we see them. They act like street thugs and hoodlums, and actions speak louder than words.

While this is terrible and immoral, it is an everyday occurrence in the Black community. I wish television stations and the media would similarly air the thousands of incidences that happen on a daily basis to everybody. My condolences to Amy Storm…get your money, girl!!!!

The only way to stop this s**t from the police is to give the same abuse back to the officers and their family members. The officers should be hog tied and tasered just like they did to this woman. I bet this s**t would stop real quickly.
