Mother Livid After Seeing Video of Her 3-Yr Old Being Bullied by His Daycare Teacher
Tyesha Reese, the mother of a three-year old boy who was taunted by his daycare teacher, was outraged when she got her hands on a viral video of her son being bullied. The teacher, Lindsay Cavallaro, was angry that the boy had just thrown her phone. She can be heard challenging the little boy to a fight and saying, “Do it. Go ahead. No b***s. Oh you’re a tough guy. Hey boss, show me your nine.”
Cavallaro shot the video and allegedly posted it herself. The video of the little boy being bullied flew around the Internet and ended up in his mother’s inbox after a friend of hers recognized her son.
“It got into someone’s hands who actually saw the video and was like, wait a minute, I recognize whose son this is and that’s when they forwarded it to me and said ‘I need you to see this.’ When I saw my son’s face it was just unbelievable, you know. He’s everything to me. He doesn’t deserve it. No child deserves it and especially not mine.”
Cavallaro is on paid leave while the daycare investigates what happened. The boy’s mother is openly wondering if this is part of a consistent pattern of abuse that regularly occurs at the daycare.
“It hurt because he was defenseless,” she said. “He was sitting in a chair and as a child he was trying to defend himself.”
The boy, Michael, is no longer attending the Sleeping Giant Daycare.

ahhhh shut up and use the video as reason to beat you bad a*s child
You are a person who should not have children, discipline children or be allowed to be around children. This is not a teen or an adult, this is a three year old.
I don’t take AFROPICK1 serious, but you express an attitude that many people see as a remedy for bad child behavior. I watched the video and in my opinion, the child, clearly was not inimidated and while the daycare worker did act inappropriately, It does not rise to sueing, firing or beating the child. No child should grow up thinking that violence is a way to solve problems.
So the day care worker, Lindsay Cavallaro, was suspended, and the incident is being “investigated.” What is to be investigated? CLEARLY and horribly, the videos–which this BULLY shot herself–is damning evidence, and she ought to be fired. And, given that she used s****l language, particularly daring her to show her his “nine”, and then videotaped him, she should be convicted and registered as a s*x offender. Every single white person who sees this should retch, and examine their self to expose and expell any similar thoughts as this woman displayed.
I believe the response “Show me your nine” was referring to 9mm as in a handgun caliber.

As a children’s advocate ,I am appalled to hear that the child care worker was placed on suspension and not terminated. Also ,mom should contact her local department of human services and report the abuse immediately. The child was placed in this person’s care, and she feels her cell phone is more valuable than the child. She clearly needs training on self regulation . So sad, the horrors little children have to face at hands of these type monsters

What is a child being taunted for by an adult? This person is not someone who should be in a position working with young children. A child at that age may not have any idea of what taunting and bullying is but, they do know when they are not being shown compassion, even if they don’t know what the word is. People like this woman do not need to be working with young children. They have so much to learn at that age and they don’t need to have anyone who has no patience for their unknown random acts of being a child.

She’s on paid leave? So the punishment for such abuse of power is a vacation with pay? This happens all too frequently and it’s getting quite infuriating, but nothing surprising at this moment.
It is part of a conspiracy to make school undesirable for African-American male children. Start them early hating school and when they are older they drop out. What is the mother waiting for? Take the video to an Attorney, sue her and this daycare center to shut them down.
It’s also a conspiracy to destroy education for Black people, period.
But the sad part is, is that it is actually the same conspiracy for White people as well. In White schools around the country, “White on White” bullying is rampant. The bullies are getting off scott free. One bully was videotaped on a bus surveillance; on the tape it shows him repeated punching a smaller boy in the face. Not only was it extremely difficult to watch because its was so brutal, the a number of the victims teeth were broken in the attack.
I was outraged to find out that the bully was only suspended for 3 days! He should have been put in jail!! It is the same story, again and again. White children (often with the help or silent consent of their teachers) are bullying children, and nothing is being done about it.
White children are bullying many children to death. They are causing many White children (I know, other races too) to commit suicide because of being treated so cruelly on a regular basis. What is being done about it in the Good Ol’ United States?
Nothing.
Some White people are being fooled into thinking that they will be protected because the primary targets are Black people. Nothing could be further from the truth. White schoolteachers are fighting for better pay, White firefighters are fighting to keep firehouses open, and White police have forever been fighting for better pay.
Communities across America are being destabilized. It is truly a hostile takeover for ALL Americans. White people are going through hard times as well as Black. We are being pit against each other, with the aim of bringing us ALL down.
May be the daycare should also be investigated and lose its license. Deplorable!
The real problem is not the child throwing the teachers cell phone, but the teachers stupidity; having the cell phone displayed…she is paid to watch children…she is not paid to watch her cell phone…
This society is doomed as more and more people are more concerned with material things then the well being of other humans…you can go anywhere in America and nine (9) out of ten (10) people are paying more attention to their electronic devices then they are to their environment…
She is not PAID to watch her cell phone…she is not paid to display her cell phone…and she is definitely not paid to make or accept calls on her calls or texts on her device while watching children…
I have not seen the video, and there is no one way anyone can blame this child for her actions…
The mother definitely has a civil case worth up to $450,000.00…
The biggest problem is that the teacher is on paid leave…also known as a vacation…
