AG Eric Holder Won’t be Prosecuted For Contempt Charge

The White House and the Department of Justice have made it crystal clear: Attorney General Eric Holder won’t be criminally prosecuted based on the contempt of Congress vote leveled by the House.

President Obama’s assertion of executive privilege upended any hope Republicans had for a criminal prosecution.

A letter Friday from the Justice Department to House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa confirmed that “across administrations of both political parties, the longstanding position of the Department of Justice has been and remains that we will not prosecute” in such a circumstance.

“The department will not bring the congressional contempt citation before a grand jury or take any other action to prosecute the Attorney General,” concluded the letter from Deputy Attorney General James Cole.

This was already a foregone conclusion. Not many people would bring charges against their boss. The entire move by Representitave Issa was not to actually get a trial, but to make Holder look bad to the American people .

Well Dr. Boyce, this decision probably does not set to well with you. After all, these two uppidity African American men have too much power! It’ s hard for you to stomach that! Maybe you can find a white man you would replace for Holder. Darrel Issa may be more to your liking for Attorney General!

Forwardin2012 – You speak the sad truth, Boyce somethings are more important than money or power like having the mass trust and respect of your people. I no longer refer to you as Dr. Watkins or Dr. Boyce because why should I give you respect if you’re not willing to show the proper respect to President Obama or us a your loyal audience who’ve believed in you and supported Your Black World.

All of the above: Spoken like sheep being led to slaughter.

Here is a real bombshellpeople should be aware of: Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)

For years we’ve heard about plans for a one-worldgovernment. While people are chasing the imaginary Illuminati, in the realworld they are planning a Corporatocracy.

[A thirteenth round of TPP negotiations involving the Obama administration will occur next week in San Diego. There negotiators from the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative will meet behind closed doors with their counterparts from eight Asian and Latin American countries. What’s on the table is a 1 percenters’ dream – a corporate power tool of unprecedented scope and might. Think NAFTA on steroids with the whole world.]

[The only reason that we know anything about these top-secret talks is because two chapters of the draft agreement were just leaked. Now, we know that drug companies will be able to stop generic medicine from being produced -- which means that a young girl with HIV will die because her family can't afford the medicine any more. And a foreign-owned oil company will be able to sue your democratically-elected government simply for strengthening environmental regulations that will threaten its profits.]

There has been a seamless transition between the policies of Bush and the policies of Obama in a number of areas. What’s absolutely amazing is how much more diabolical Obama has been in some of those areas—the most brilliant stroke of disguised hypocrisy in American political history.

Did I miss something about the article above? Why are beating up on Dr. Boyce for reporting the news. Actually the story was added by Yvette.

This is a news prospective only. It’s national news. Really! Are we now blaming Dr.Boyce for reporting the news?

What’s is the big deal? Again its a news story. Some of the people here. They have lost their perspective on reality.

The GOP Congress is not doing the job they were elected and getting PAID to do. Let’s fire them when they up come for re-election.

VOTE OUT THE GOP…do not ignore your Congress and Senate elections for your state.

Can someone please ask the GOP to stand true with their efforts to stop so much government spending? They can first start with their frivalous claims that waste tax payer dollars.
